Delivery Information

Generally, Your orders will be shipped from our Houston or HongKong warehouse, and need 1-3 days to process. Most of the packages are shipped by UPS and DHL which provide insurance and tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. Delivery time for The US and Canada 2-5days, Europe and Australia 3-7days, other countries 3-10days.

I received an email, but my item did not arrive, what should I do?
