I've received my item but I don't like it, can I send it back?
You may change your mind within 30 days of the Goods (except Customized or Personalised Goods) being delivered and receive a full refund. If you cancel once the Goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them to us within 30 days of receiving them. You can cancel the Contract by emailing email@example.com and providing your name, address, order details, and phone number. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of the Goods being returned.
In all cases, you must ensure that Goods returned to us are in the original packaging and securely packaged. It is at the discretion of Lighting Shopper to refuse a refund if the light is returned damaged or not as sold.
Please contact us to discuss the best method to arrange the return of the Goods.
If you order Customized or Personalised Goods (even as a Consumer) and/or are a Business ordering standard Goods, you are not entitled to cancel the order or receive a refund. Return products must be in their original packages and in new/unused conditions to qualify for any refund. If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned.
My item is faulty or damaged, what should I do?
You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. If you notice that the package has some damages on the outside, we kindly ask you to notify the courier and mark it down on the delivery slip. If an item from your order is faulty or damaged please notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service team will then get in touch to help resolve the issue as soon as possible. If we ship a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all fees.
Where Goods are returned due to change of mind we will refund the price paid for the Goods by the method you used for payment. However, we may make reasonable deductions from the price (up to their entire value) to (a) compensate us for any damage to the Goods or loss of value caused by your handling them; (b) meet our collection or return delivery costs. You must ensure that Goods returned to us are in the original packaging and securely packaged.
For defective products (when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way), we will email you the pre-paid return labels. For your remorse (when you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item), you should pay the return shipping fee yourself.
